• Planet Castor Ltd resources make use a font called “Lavi.ttf”. In order to display resources, users may need to install this font type. All instructions and licenses for this font file are provided with each download.
• No additional software should be required to open or print this product.

Toolkit Bundle Download

• Only those who have purchased these original Planet Castor toolkits are permitted to use the resources in their own classroom.
• Those who have purchased the original Planet Castor toolkits may use the materials to create their own planning canvases but are permitted to use these resources in their own classroom only.
• Each set of planning canvases must include the first four introductory slides and a full set of blank canvases (see exemplars).
• The user takes full responsibility for ensuring that all resources of any type that are displayed on Planet Castor’s signature canvases have been legally acquired and that their use is permitted and in keeping with the copyright and fair-use policy of the resources’ creator.
• Resources using Planet Castor materials may be created only by those who have purchased the original toolkits, and each resource must display the Planet Castor logo, copyright notice and web address, similar in style, size and position to the ones displayed on all our original toolkit slides.
• Resources created may make use of our original designs and graphics (including any future designs that we make accessible to our Planet Castor customers) so long as they are for educational purposes, the original Gemini logo designs featured are not altered, and the resources satisfy these terms and conditions. However, these resources may not be shared or sold in any manner and are for use only in the classroom of the original purchaser.
• The Planet Castor logo, copyright notice and web address that appear on each canvas and resource must remain visible.
• These resources are not to be made available to other teachers by storing them on shared drives.

Demo Toolkit Download

• These individual resources may only be used by the person who originally downloaded them.
• The Planet Castor characters and themes contained in this resource may be used for other educational needs only by those who have purchased the full product toolkits and only so long as this use is in keeping with the terms and conditions displayed in those full toolkits.
• These resources may not be shared or sold.
• These resources are not to be made available to other teachers by storing them on shared drives.
• Planet Castor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.  

Free Resource Download

Castorccino Resource Set

• Only purchasers of this set of Castorccinos are permitted to use the resources contained within it in their own classroom.
• Resources and ideas contained within this Castorccino set may be modified to meet the needs of your own learners, so long as Planet Castor’s logo and web address are not altered or concealed from these materials.
• Modified resources may not be shared or sold.
• The first six slides contained in this Castorccino set must remain visible within this resource at all times. Teachers who use the provided blank templates to create their own Castorccino sets must ensure that these six introductory slides precede any personal resource that they create.
• Storing Castorccino resources on shared drives is not permitted.
• Purchasers of this resource may copy and paste teaching and learning questions into editable planning canvases (purchased in Planet Castor’s Toolkit Bundle package), resource or plan of their own choosing so long as that resource/ plan is not shared or sold to others

VIP Complimentary Castorccino

Effective date: August 1st, 2019

• This complimentary Castorccino may only be used by the person who originally downloaded the resource, and exclusively in their own classroom.
• Resources and ideas contained within this complimentary Castorccino may not be modified.
• All Planet Castor logos and web addresses that appear within this resource must not be altered or concealed in any way.
• These complimentary resources may not be shared or sold.
• Teachers who purchase the relevant Grade/ Year Castorccino Set, that is attached to this complimentary resource, are entitled to use the material contained within it in their editable Castorccino resource – so long as it is in keeping with the terms and conditions of this paid resource.
• The first six slides contained in this Castorccino resource must remain visible within this resource at all times.
• Storing complimentary Castorccino resources on shared drives is not permitted.

Castorccino Non-editable Planning Canvases

• Only those who have purchased the relevant Castorccino set contained within this resource are permitted to use these noneditable planning canvases, and exclusively in their own classroom.
• Editable versions of all teaching and learning questions that are displayed on these planning canvases can be accessed in the relevant purchased Castorccino set.
• The first four slides contained in this set of planning canvases must remain visible within this resource at all times.
• Storing this resource on shared drives is not permitted.
• Purchasers of this resource may transfer any edited versions of their resource onto editableplanning canvases purchased in Planet Castor’s Toolkit Bundle package. Please refer to the Castorccino resource terms and conditions for further clarification.
• Those entitled to modify resources may do so exclusively for use in their classroom only, and under no circumstances are they allowed to share and sell those resources to others.

Castorccino Editable Planning Canvases

Effective date: August 1st, 2019

• Only those who have purchased the relevant Castorccino resource contained within these planning canvases are permitted to use them exclusively in their own classrooms.
• Those purchasing this (Toolkit Bundle package) resource are entitled to use, edit and/ or transfer the teaching and learning questions contained within it to a resource or plan of their own choosing so long as that resource/ plan is not shared or sold to others.
• The teaching and learning questions contained within this resource must not be shared or sold to others.  
• Editable versions of all Castorccino resources that are displayed on these planning canvases can be accessed in the relevant purchased Castorccino set (please refer to our website for the most recent Castorccino resource terms and conditions).
• The first five slides contained in this set of planning canvases must remain visible within this resource at all times.
• Purchasers of this resource are permitted to transfer Planet Castor resources or educational material that they have rightfully acquired or created for themselves onto the planning canvases. Sharing or selling these tailored resources with others is not permitted.
• Storing this resource on shared drives is not permitted.
• Those entitled to modify the Castorccino resources contained in this set of planning canvases may do so for exclusive use in their own classroom, and under no circumstances are they allowed to share and sell those resources to others.
